Transparency in Coverage

In order to remain compliant with the U.S. Department of Labor, Koorsen Fire & Security, Inc. (“Koorsen” or “we”) acknowledges that The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require group health plans and health insurance issuers to disclose on a public website detailed pricing information in separate machine-readable files (MRFs) by July 1st, 2022. The first file covers in-network provider negotiated rates for covered items and services, while the second file covers historical payments to and billed charges from out-of-network providers. As a result, a link to these MRFs can be found below:
