Fire Sprinkler Service
A properly maintained automatic fire sprinkler system can significantly reduce property damage as well as protect lives. Koorsen Fire & Security has the knowledge and experience to expand, modify, inspect and service existing fire sprinkler systems.

Inspection Procedures
  1.   Inspect all fire department connections.
  2.   Inspect all flow switches.
  3.   Inspect all control valves and tamper switches.
  4.   Perform a main drain test on all risers noting static and residual water pressure.
  5.   Test alarms on sprinkler systems.
  6.   Inspect all dry pipe valves for proper air pressure, water pressure and priming water level. Trip test once a year.
  7.   Drain all low point drains on dry sprinkler systems.
  8.   Verify that the monitoring company receives signal of water flow supervisory devices.
